  • $50 non-refundable deposit required to secure a slot on the schdule. (applies to tuition)  Deposits can be made at least one month before the first day of group class.     
  • No refunds given for missed classes or discontinuing lessons.
  • For every class taught, I spend 4-5 hrs. per week preparing for these classes.
  • No make-ups for missed lessons.  Can Skype or Facetime in to group class:  Barton Music School   Parent must notify teacher thru email 24 hrs. before the class to get lesson videoed and sent to parent's phone.

Semester Fees for Group Piano Lessons

Group piano classes are a terrific way for a beginning pianist to start.  Group classes are paid by semester (no refunds)
Group Class semester Fees cover lessons, $25 annual registration fee, music book, hand outs, and use of music apps.  If students registers for multiple group classes in one year, the $25 registration fee will be waived for each additional class.   $15 Recital fee per recital,  will apply to all participants in store recitals  or  Monster Concert Recitals.
 
  • ​$50 deposit required to secure a slot in group class per semester.  Deposit will be subtracted from the semester fee charge.
 
  • 2026 Summer Semester   $259     June 1, 2026
  • 2026 Fall Semester:          $455    August 17, 2026 
  • 2027 Winter Semester:     $494    January 4, 2027 
  Additional fees:  annual registration and recital fees may apply.
  • No refunds are given for early termination of group piano class.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO STUDENTS THAT TERMINATE LESSONS EARLY  DURING THE SEMESTER.  Class size is limited to eight students.  If less than four students enroll in a group class, the classes will be canceled.   New students cannot be added to group classes mid-semester.
 
Group Class recitals/parent teacher conferences  held at music school.  Parents attend child's piano class.   Photos of students will be posted to Facebook page:  Barton Music School.
