Tuition is a monthly charge. Payment can be paid with different options such as cash, online bill pay, personal check, or credit/debit card through PayPal. See below for more details on payment methods.

There are no refunds for missed lessons. (Please keep in mind that for every hour enrolled in piano lessons, I am investing an average of two to three hours or more of my time outside of my regular teaching schedule in preparation.)

- Online bill pay through your bank. Checks payable to Piano Made Easy LLC, 5012 W Roaring Road, South Jordan, UT 84009
- Credit, debit cards, & PayPal will no longer be accepted.
- Venmo. Download the Venmo app on your phone. Send tuition to one of the following on Venmo app. email: musicteacher5012@gmail.com, 801-895-6575, or gina-Barton-1. My photo in my profile shows me wearing an long orange dress with beach in the background.
Tuition is not adjusted or credited for any reason (see "Holidays, Breaks, and Summer Teaching.") Tuition is due the first day of each month. A $15 late fee will be charged after the fifth of each month. Your tuition reserves your time slot in my teaching schedule. Returned checks will require a $25.00 bank fee.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Monthly fee: one student
Fee includes 2 Recitals, Monster Piano Concert at Shops of South Town Mall, computer lab/software, music apps, and incentives.
I encourage beginning students to take one semester of group piano class before changing to private or semi-private lessons. They progress much more quickly in the private lesson because of the preparation taught in the group music classes. Group class is a fun introduction to music.

- Additional charges for books purchased at our music school may apply.
- Students may be required to purchase additional music books.
SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP LESSON
Semi-private lessons offered for two students in a class lesson. First and last month tuition is due at registration if both students are from different families. Registration fee: $29 applies. Students are required to complete the whole semester with their partner. An emailed notice 30 days prior to the end of the semester is required when discontinuing lessons.
Fees includes in school class recitals, use of computer lab, music software, music apps, and incentives. Additional fees apply for off site recitals.

- 45 min. lesson: $141 per/student
- 60 min. lesson: $188 per/student
GROUP PIANO
Group class is limited to class size of 8 students, Class will be canceled if less than four students are registered.

Semester fee due August 1st (fall), December 15th (winter), or May 15th (summer), before group class starts. This gives time for preparation of materials. No refunds given for stopping mid-semester. $50 deposit required at enrollment. Deposit applied to semester fees listed below. Parent can opt to pay the semester fee upon enrollment. Please indicate this.
2025-2026 Group Class Semester Fees:
Group Class semester Fees cover lessons, $25 annual registration fee, music book, hand outs, and use of music apps. If registration has already been paid for the semester, it will be deducted for the semester tuition. $15 Recital fee will apply for all participants in store recitals or Monster Concert Recitals.
2025-2026 Group Class Semester Fees:
- 2026 Summer Semester $259 June 1, 2026
- 2026 Fall Semester: $455 August 17, 2026
- 2027 Winter Semester: $494 January 5 2027

PACKAGED LESSONS
Fee due one week prior to starting lessons.
No refunds given for missed or terminated lessons.

Lesson time is scheduled on availability of schedule.
Students that purchase packaged lessons will be required to do the following:
- Fee must be paid one week prior to starting lessons.
- Not have a regular weekly lesson time. They will contact teacher to arrange for a lesson time.
- If student has been taking private lessons and has switched over to a package lesson plan, they will not be guaranteed a spot in our studio. They can continue to purchase packaged lessons until available spot opens up.
5 DAY SUMMER MUSIC CAMPS
5 day, M-F, 50 minute camps are offered during summer months. Camps are targeted to specific areas of music and multiple ways of teaching is implemented in the class to reach different styles of learning.
Camp fee covers 5 days of class, music folder, and multiple hand-outs.

- Camps offered are posted on website calendar music school bulletin.
- Class size is limited to 6 students.
- Camp may be canceled due to insufficient number of students.
- Fee: $85 per camp + $15 registration/materials fee. Non refundable fee is due upon enrollment of camp. The $15 registration fee will be waived for each additional camp that the same student attends in one given summer.
- No refunds for missed lessons, however, if 24 hrs. emailed notice is sent, a camp lesson will be videoed and sent to parent cell phone.
- Camps are open to students studying different musical instruments (including voice)
- Camps are open to students studying with different music teachers.
- Parents and grandparents are invited to enroll along with their children.
